You’ll either be staying in the comforts of the lodge or a rustic wall tent camp nestled in the lodgepole pines. Our experienced guides use horses to pack out your bull while you sit around the campfire and relax when the sun goes down. During the fall Idaho Elk Hunting season, the bulls have their cows rounded up and are defending them in a section of pines and aspen all their own. Sneaking on these big guys with your bow will be one of the greatest thrills of your life!
We have 20 years experience as Idaho elk outfitter and guides. We know the country as well as anyone and the honey holes where we find the big bulls every year.
We are really excited about our new private ranch archery elk hunts. During your hunt, the lodge will be your home quarters. Obviously the biggest plus on the ranch is it’s privacy. There won’t be any competition for the bulls here so naturally the elk are more relaxed and susceptible to calling. During your hunt you are welcome to enjoy our upland bird hunting during the middle of the day and salmon fishing can be arranged as well if you tag out early.
