You’ll be hunting blue berry laden hillsides or sneaking along salmon-packed streams for a close encounter with the continent’s #1 predator, the massive brown bear! These brutes are known to reach weights in excess of 1000 pounds. Couple this with their notoriously intemperate disposition and you can see why you’ll be in for the most hair raising hunt of your life! These brutes require a lot of weapon, my simple rule of thumb is to bring a rifle that shoots the largest bullet and has the most powder capacity that you can shoot accurately. I’m not kidding these bears are just flat tough!
